one person per community. Spell is a Chinese player; I cannot speak for his skill, but on his portal he participated in organizational activities. In any case, he is the one the Chinese portal nominated as a judge for the World Championship. Now I realize the mistake of selecting many judges from among active players, so instead of 5 possible judges, only 3 made the decision regarding Rebel.
