I don't understand how the opponent managed to get 99 in all primary stats. If the map is designed with 99 as the initial stat value, I'm afraid I have to disappoint you... Give the opponent the Haven faction and all their stats will be reset. Just give them a +6 to all stats amulet and a +5 sword, and they'll be left without magic (100% chance) and, quite possibly, without defense. What about their artifacts?

The snipers will drive the Azure creatures out with their ranged attacks...
