Has anyone encountered this problem and how to solve it?!

I've encountered it too; they also suggest playing chess with me. I'm waiting for a patch, but I don't know which one... :( Believe me, this isn't the worst problem that can occur in the sixth installment; I advise you not to pay attention to it.
