If I load a save, will the initial skill tree be reconstructed, or will it remain as it was?

Aren't there any patches for skill trees? As far as I know, no one has discovered them yet. The skill trees are even taken from the Heroes of Might and Magic III game. So, there is no definitive proof, but 99% sure that it doesn't change.
