Necropolis – “Misfortune never comes alone” [Campaign 2 – Mission 1]

HELP!!! I'm capturing one Castle while trying to gather a decent army, but at the second Castle, huge hordes are already advancing, and I can't defeat them. And even if I manage to capture the Castle, another Necromancer arrives in 5-8 days and defeats me(((
