Seriously, I think: maybe it's some kind of hero bug (although I haven't encountered it myself: after completing the only map (Jedi story) where I was forced to use cheat codes, I was rightfully called a cheater), or maybe you once used a cheat, say, to "peek," and then forgot to reload the last save and continued playing?
