Confirmed.
The external dwellings spawned 1 Gog, 1 Cerberi, 1 Demons, 3 Pits, 1 Efreeti, and 1 Devils (the last one not on the native respawn).
I went for a maxed Utopia, had a large army but weak skills. Came out with 15 Pits. Was given КВ and +3 all. Could have continued playing, but lacked the motivation and surrendered.
