Decisions cannot be correct or incorrect. I would say a decision either has or does not have an adequate explanation based on the player's skill. If it does—no matter how suspicious or lucky the situation looks—you cannot claim maphack (unless it happens constantly).

I checked all the saves. Two of them are puzzling: with Ivor' same Pandoras and with Shakti's utopia. Neither the player in private correspondence nor I myself, no matter how hard I tried to find one, could provide an adequate explanation (and there is no question here of ownubness or reasons derived from it).

I have met this player in live Tournaments. When I was asked during the World Championship, I recommended him positively.
