Against Cerberuses – use Slow and Pixies. In principle, with Pixies and Retribution, you can defeat any number of Cerberuses, as long as they aren't taken down with magic. Look for Antimagic for the Pixies or Slow. Build as many Pawns as possible – they have Retribution, attack all enemies, and are immune to magic. And, of course, Phoenixes.
