Group I. Three players have 3 points each. If a similar controversial situation occurs in at least one more group, there will be a tie-breaker game; otherwise, the places will be determined based on the spring rating.

I suggest not waiting and instead decide the winner with additional games. It wouldn't be fair to Protoss, as he has the lowest rating on HW because he hasn't played here before.

Although, this idea could be great for the future, as it would increase the value of the rating, but it needs to be announced in advance.
