Heroes 6 - Discussion

Was the patch being downloaded in a window with the game's splash screen in the background? This was an update for the launcher, not the game itself.

I received a message saying, "Please wait, the patch is being installed." And something was being downloaded.
Although, it might have been the launcher that was being updated.

Yesterday, I noticed a strange thing. I'm replaying Archipelago, playing as the Orcs, and a computer-controlled demon attacks me. During the battle, it summons reinforcements, and these reinforcements take some of the damage that is dealt to the main stack from which they were copied. Moreover, they take a significant amount of damage, as a result of which the main stack is depleted very slowly.
I haven't seen this before. Is this an update, or a unique feature of that particular demon hero?
