Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Today, I played Streets of Rage 2 with a friend, and after losing all our lives, I found myself back at the character selection screen and noticed that the kangaroo, who had been fighting against us, was now available to play. I became curious and decided to try him out. Overall, he turned out to be a decent fighter, although not particularly strong, but he was fast and had a good super move.
After finishing the game, we went online and decided to read about it. It turns out that this is a cheat code, and we (most likely I) activated it accidentally after the battle with the kangaroo by pressing some buttons.
