Today I watched "Exit Through the Gift Shop" and some other obscure thing called "Thrive," both of which are half interview and half plot. The first one is a fairly well-known film about Banksy, the most revered graffiti artist in the scene, about destroyed phone booths and "obey" posters. It's actually very interesting to learn where all this street art came from, especially considering that it's now appearing in high art and even in politics. Also, it tells the story of a guy who filmed all of this, and then decided to become an artist himself and, unexpectedly, succeeded because he copied the knowledge about art and made money from it. Of course, he was later criticized, but everyone basically didn't care. But overall, the film is good. The second thing was about how global corporations are trying to seize power by suppressing new technologies and maintaining oil slavery. It's very difficult to judge how much of it is exaggerated, but I think that such a model is still possible. They also talked in detail about the essence of the financial crisis and UFOs, lol. But in principle, there was also some reasonable content. I'm going to watch "Midnight in Paris" or something like that, because I haven't played Heroes of Might and Magic yet.
