I was also thinking about this. In my opinion, it's possible that in a draft, there could be three identical templates (when both players choose a template from the list as a bonus). And that's mathematically fine.
Mathematically, it might be okay, but the logic suffers greatly in this scenario. Due to the coincidence of their template preferences with the organizer's preferences, the player receives an undeserved advantage during the draft.
I think that if a poll is conducted among those who have already signed up for the tournament, the h3dm1 template, for example, would have a good chance of being included in the list of 3 templates, with no less justification than the templates that are currently there. Therefore, it would be more logical not to duplicate templates in the final list, but to draft from 3-4 templates if the players don't want to add other templates.
