Don't put yourself in the place of the government or the Department of Education. People are smart without you, and they change things every year. Our teachers teach very well, the average age of a teacher in our schools is 35-40 years. This is already a lot of experience. There are real, talented teachers! Women who graduate from pedagogical universities go to work at schools, often they want to do this and love it! The work of a teacher is the work of a kind soul and love for children, much more often such people come to us than evil and callous ones.
I am a man, I am almost 30 years old, and I came to work at school MYSELF, and I respect myself. Now you have greatly offended me, but I perceive this only as a fact that you are a boy with little development, who would not hurt a good life school.
And I can teach children everything that I know myself, and give them kindness and love. I have 24 people in my class, I am the class teacher, and they all love me, ALL! Each of them will stand up for me. I instilled a sense of love, responsibility, and friendship in them all.

Yes, the salaries of teachers in Russia are really low. It is a myth that we get "a lot," believe me. Our salary consists of hours. Teachers of foreign languages and, of course, the principal earn a lot. The salary of a vice-principal at a school is 20 thousand rubles. The salary of a class teacher is now a stimulating one, about 3 thousand rubles. The salary of a mathematics teacher without work experience with 18 hours is approximately 18 thousand rubles. All this is for Moscow and per month. So, I came to school and received about 16-18 thousand (+income tax). Over time, the salary increases slightly due to an increase in the category, which still needs to be defended.

Here is the truth, you ignorant people. You have shamed and humiliated our school. How are you not ashamed! You should play less and develop yourself more! Shame on you!
