Subjective restarts in the season: let's vote!

I wonder if there's any numerical evidence to support the claim about 3 stacks of Shakti being superior? It's more likely that the win rate would favor 3 stacks rather than the opposite... The map generator and the generator that determines the starting resources are two completely different entities, and there's no connection between them.
