Computer-controlled enemies take a long time to move.

My computer opponents used to be really fast! I don't know what happened to them, but now they're incredibly slow! I don't think I changed anything, but around the time I got to the Rangers, I wanted to adjust the graphics settings a bit, and... maybe I accidentally clicked something... I don't understand what's going on.
