HELP

Good evening, everyone! I didn't know where to create this topic. If necessary, please move it to the appropriate section. So, I have a problem with online play. I downloaded Heroes 3.5 WoG. When I select TCP/IP and click OK, nothing happens; that is, the editing window doesn't appear. What could be causing this? My friend has no problems; she can create a game, but when I try to connect to her using her IP address, it says, "Unfortunately, an error occurred while establishing a connection with the session." The game versions are the same, and we both have Windows 7. Please help me solve this problem.
