The formulas are as follows:
Att = Att(bas)*(1 + N/n*0.05)
Def = Def(bas)*(1 + N/n*0.05)

For the skeleton group at Galtran's level 30, we have:
A = 6 * (1+30/1*0.05) = 6* 2.5 = 15
D = 6 * (1+30/1*0.05) = 6* 2.5 = 15
