07.05.2012 Sevensan (Blue, Inferno, Marius) Def NoLife (Red, Castle, Valeska) SoD 8xm12a 131
I chose Inferno.
111 It all started with me forgetting to turn off auto-combat. In a fight with 100 gremlins (30 GS) I lose 30 imps and 3 gogs. By 112 the imp stack was already 5 units :smile16: It got worse from there.
112 I hit 20-49 upgraded shooters blocking the path to the computer. And a detour off-road to the second village. Unpleasant overall.
112-115 wasting time on nonsense.
115 Scraped together enough for efreets and finally moved on.
117 Finally reached the Inferno computer. Thought I'd be clever and outsmart it. I set up in the portal on the way from the castle on efreets. But the computer just placed its efreets and sat with its whole army in the castle =)
121 =( Sadness. We stand and try to bait the computer.
122 The bait worked. An 8-efreet stack in hand :smile20: (the computer didn't buy them all)
123 Griffin Conservatory +1
124 Dragon Fly Hive +6
126 Griffin Conservatory +2 Started demoning
127 Griffin Conservatory +3, Dragon Fly Hive +8, Killed another computer.
131 Red Rush came to me, 17 horses, 20 geese. Attacked, micromanaged the split =)
09.05.2012 Sevensan (Red, Citadel, Crag Hack) Def NoLife (Blue, Castle, Vala, Tazar) 8xm12a SoD 142
Start with an external dwelling of Behemoths. On 117 I placed bears in the Castle + basilisks in the opponent's Citadel.
121 Broke a Griffin Conservatory and gave an angel to the Necro.
122 They meet me in the portal. I trade the angel for 24 Marksmen. Necro dies, but returns to the tavern through a hero =) though I never ended up necromancing.
133 Upgraded the Bears and rode to the opponent.
136 Took his Necropolis
137 Broke his Dragon Utopia and left him without any towns.
142 Made an Elaminate in the treasury zone =)
Thanks for the games!
I confirm both.
In the first one there was a small respawn, but in the neutral zone I found an external dwelling of horses. With 9 horses I wanted to rush the second player through the Necro computer. But he turned out to be blocked by efreets. I had to turn everyone around. During that time, the opponent grew strong. On 131 I lose all my Marksmen due to morale, and then run to surrender hoping for a miracle. Because even with growth, the opponent had a bigger army and better stats. I only found 2 hives on the outskirts (but 8 and 12) and not a single Griffin Conservatory. The only artifact was a Boots of Speed, which was stolen by a scout hero on 131 (and the next day I was killed, so it never got to help my main:) ).
In the second game I kill 2 computers in the first week, find an external dwelling of Necro horses and decide to move to Necropolis. I put horses in the fort there with my last coins. On 122 I made a mistake and lost 24 Marksmen attacking the opponent's Necro with 1 angel. Though I could have lost only 12. Or even 0 if I hadn't taken them. The next day the opponent showed his army, pretending he was going to rush, and I had to urgently take a Griffin Conservatory. Since very few Marksmen remained, I sacrificed my entire army in the Griffin Conservatory. (4 horses, all liches, spearmen, and Marksmen) I came out with 2 horses and 2 angels :( . But all of this happened in sight of the opponent, and he apparently changed his mind about attacking me, fearing the angels (I didn't show what was left of the army). Anyway, I had to wait until the end of the week... After that was agony in the treasure zone, all the hives were minimal, the Pandora's boxes were trash. And on top of everything, my Tazar was level 15+ and completely naked. I didn't see a single stat artifact. And I never managed to run to the Dragon Utopia in the treasure zone. Losing the Marksmen turned out to be fatal for me.
Thanks for the games.
