Glitches and exploits in Heroes.

Another bug or quirk with the Dwarf faction. When the entire army is wiped out while defending a city, and you only win with the city's defenders, the hero receives all the experience but ends up automatically in the tavern. I thought that if the first opponent defeats you, the second might buy your hero and use him!)))

I don't think the AI can do that. One AI hero dies, but also kills a city defender, not finishing off the shield bearers, then the second enemy runs in and finishes off the city, but I don't think it will have a hero-defender available for hire until the next week.
