I just meant that Heroes of Might and Magic and Warlords are not competitors, as your initial post might have suggested. They are partners :)

Competition always exists, even between Heroes of Might and Magic III and IV. People play the game they like best. The fact that the developers have a good relationship is obvious! But even so, each one wants to implement their own ideas first. It's good if one doesn't interfere with the other.
