Sanctuary – “Crimson Tide” [Campaign 4 – Mission 3]

I'm also having trouble with this mission. I cleared the entire map and killed all the monsters. I even collected all the resources. But nothing happens; there's no flood, and no spirit appears. The ships are still docked at the shore. The quest log doesn't indicate that anyone should arrive or anything should happen. Currently, I have two active quests: "Wrath of Shalassa" (Capture or control four sacred villages, 3/4 under control; Prevent necromancers from capturing four villages, 0/4 villages under necromancer control) and "Reapers" (Defeat the necromancers). People, please help. I don't know what to do; I've replayed it three times already. I've been stuck on this mission for two days...
