I have a Russian language pack installed for the editor. Could that be the problem? And another question - how do I give a Barbarian spells? The building is constructed, but it's empty; there are only labels in the corresponding tabs like "first-level spell" and nothing else...
People have already commented on the Russian language pack - I share the same opinion (it doesn't provide any benefit, especially in terms of general knowledge, and it doesn't fully translate the editor);
Regarding spells, they can be given through scripts. If you want them to be available in the city, you need to grant the corresponding permission in the map properties (spells tab).
