Damn, I don't have that in the city properties... In the city specialization, I can only choose the city bonus, city name, and city biography. Maybe the editor is a cut-down version; it happens sometimes? Or try going through the object properties tree... I'm really getting fed up:smile35:
The editor can only be "cut-down" if it's Jewish :D
Try switching your editor to advanced mode (in the "editor_a2.cfg" file, change "setvar map_editor_mode = 1" to "setvar map_editor_mode = 0"), although even in normal mode, city settings should be adjustable without too much hassle...
Try going through the map properties tree as well – although it's possible that the reason for your problem is a "downloaded" version of the editor.
