Dynasty weapons.

Well, if upgrading to the 5th level causes glitches, then it's completely useless. It doesn't take that long to upgrade to the 4th level in the game.
I leveled up the Staff of Tides myself, and its barrier ability worked, but honestly, I'm too lazy to check now if this ability has been removed.
