Well, the best thing is that you can cast Armageddon, but units 4, 5, 6, and 7 will survive. Necromancers won't be able to resurrect the dead from elementals, and Death Chill doesn't seem to work. The Grail gives all spells, and the University allows you to learn all schools of magic, plus it has a Shipyard (and it does exist, only for Humans, Necromancers, and Elementals).
