Well, the best thing is that you can cast Armageddon, but units 4, 5, 6, and 7 will survive. Necromancers won't be able to resurrect the dead from elementals, and Death Chill doesn't seem to work. The Grail grants all spells, and the University allows you to learn all schools of magic, plus you get a Shipyard (which is only available to Humans, Necromancers, and Elementals).
5???? Why would Earth units survive Armageddon? Only Fire, Magic, and Phoenix units are immune to fire... The Shipyard doesn't really play a big role, but it's a nice bonus for those who play as those factions...
