Suggestions for the database system and message counters.

The point is, an open poll would show who is voting – veterans or newcomers who joined after the poll was created.

In any case, can the creator see who voted, or does this option not record any voter information in the database?
Are there really people who would bother to register just to vote on a question that isn't that important? :)
