Well, now I've told everyone how to do it :) I doubt that if a new forum member voted, their vote would be removed ;) How can you prove they're a clone? Everyone has the right to vote – it's a democracy! If only the moderators of the sections voted, it might be faster and perhaps more effective (moderators of the affected sections don't count).
