Grading? What does grading have to do with it? There will be a hierarchy of only 2 levels. This is a standard distinction for "our own." This way, we can identify a player's activity within their respective section. And we can create ranks within the sections: Honorary Flooder, Soul of the Mafia, etc. :D, and moderators should already be responsible for eliminating off-topic content from these sections.
