Current questions and answers regarding the map editor.

In the fourth installment of Heroes, there was an option to place a neutral hero on the map. My question is, given that, is it possible in the fifth game to place a neutral hero on the map to guard artifacts, for example? ;)

It is possible, but you need to be proficient in scripting. You can use it as a player, but a player has a limited number of heroes, and you also need to be able to control their turns and activate them, which again requires scripting... :(
