Yes. At least, it's accurate in at least one out of every four cases.

P.S. In the previous post, I forgot to mention another disadvantage of mages. At the start of the game, mages are forced to compensate for their lack of offensive power and ability to withstand attacks (compared to warriors, who have higher and faster-growing attack and defense stats, and often have offensive or armor skills) by using magic. Mana reserves are limited at this stage of the game, so the mage is forced to either waste time replenishing mana or significantly reduce their offensive capabilities.
