If there are no rules, Isra/Vidomina look more interesting in the long run than Galtran.

With a necromancy enhancer, the bonus from their special ability doesn't look very good (and there can be more than one enhancer). Galtran and skeletons have more from the start, and +1 to speed, which helps a lot at the beginning.
