I figured out what the problem was. The installer doesn't replace the executable file in the game folder. To fix this, you need to install it in an empty folder and then manually replace the executable file. You can also copy all the files at the same time, as the scripts might not be replaced either if they were left over from the old version.

Once I sort out the installer, I'll re-upload it.
