It doesn't remember the last template used. And that's inconvenient.
Currently, no in-game HD options are saved when exiting the game. It's just that I haven't gotten around to it. It's simple and quick to implement, but I currently have a 60-hour work week and family matters, so it's very difficult for me to find time for HD development in general. I was working on more important details and rushing to release what I had. In the original game, you can't even choose a template, and that's really inconvenient!
Am I understanding correctly that if the opponent doesn't have the corresponding version of the mod installed with the tournament module enabled, then none of the tournament module's functions will be available to either of us?
If so, maybe it would make sense to move from the tournament module to the General module those functions that don't give an advantage over the opponent and that can be agreed upon with them, for example, healing of secondary units/splitting, choosing paths, building a second-level structure (if it will be implemented), etc.?
Otherwise, switching from 2.9 to 3.0 means losing the ability to use very important (at least for me) functions of the mod in many cases.
