Klovsky Forest, dragonkin cave, Amkin's apple orchard, moldy dugout with mushrooms, Arozamok, Rnevny Domik, Nebkin Pond?, Queen's Palace? and I still don't understand whose smithy it is.

Everything else is incorrect.

Lizzy guessed Visa, but only after Morny. And he probably guessed the smithy as well.
