KB, KotOR, and others are unrelated. But there, various issues are also discussed: tactics, impressions, walkthroughs... Mafia, however, is part of the off-topic section, so there is a lot of writing that is not on topic, and the posts in Mafia are not very useful. I agree with HoM[M]ie: you can make "Mafia" a full-fledged section with proper moderation. But, considering how many topics need to be cleaned up there, it's easier to disable the counter.
