In reality, the answer is simple. The Earth revolves around the Sun, and this fact can even be confirmed experimentally. The Sun, in turn, revolves around the center of the galaxy. The Earth, being part of the Solar System, also revolves around the center of the galaxy. Nothing prevents a body from rotating in two ways in two planes simultaneously. Therefore, the Earth experiences centripetal acceleration both from its rotation around the Sun and from its rotation around the center of the galaxy. This is what creates such a trajectory.

P.S. By the way, if, as you claim, there is a model of the Sun revolving around the Earth, how do the other planets in the Solar System behave in this model? Do they also revolve around the Earth?))
