Hello. My brother, a friend, and I bought Heroes 6 from "Buka." The problem is that I can connect to almost any game, but I can't connect with my brother. It says, "Connection timeout. Please check your internet connection," even though neither of us has any connection problems, and we can join other games. I searched for solutions to this problem on the forum but didn't find anything. The response I received from help@buka.ru is just ridiculous (disable antivirus software, etc., even though it's already disabled).
