Red Orb (Sphere of Prohibition)

In my opinion, the red orb is comparable to an artifact that would reset all combat stats to zero. Imagine if such a thing existed. One person in Dragon Utopia gets artifacts for parameters and the red orb, while another gets artifacts for magic and an artifact that resets combat stats. Everything would be fair. But such an artifact doesn't exist, which means, ideally, the orb should be banned as well.
