Red Orb (Sphere of Prohibition)

This question has been raised for as many years as people have been playing online here. As an artifact, it's certainly not needed. IMO, it's absolutely right to ban it in HotA. But banning it in SoD is not right, because it creates another useless relic, so it's better to just leave it.

P.S.: You can remove all the trash with text editors, but on HeroesWorld rules forbid text editors, so we leave it every time.
