The implausibility and absurdity of "your" idea, which you only used to demonstrate that even if it isn't refuted and has sources (references), it still doesn't mean it's true or obvious.

What you're saying reminds me very much of the style of some documentary film from Discovery. I also don't rule out that you attend (or watch recordings of) lectures that promote these ideas.
Why, when I became familiar with these ideas – about the 7 mental shells, about ethereal bodies, souls, etc. – why did I look at all of this skeptically? And I think most people feel the same way. In my opinion, this is because the mind immediately rejects this information as inherently false. And why is that? Because the source is the OOB (Out-of-Body Experience). All the statements refer to newspapers, films, and certain authorities. It seems to me that the media periodically makes an epic "dump" of information into the masses, some manage to separate the wheat from the chaff, and some put on a robe and go to preach.
A person gets what they believe in. If it seems that after sex, a man becomes stupider, then so be it!
