the more often a man has sex, the dumber he becomes, and a woman becomes smarter

A man doesn't necessarily become dumber; it's just that the mechanics of the physical body and the subtle body (mind) are such that their parameters – memory, logic, thinking – deteriorate, but in return, the person becomes incredibly energetic for some time.

For example, any international grandmaster playing at a high level has this experience.

But a woman doesn't become smarter from sex, at least my wife doesn't :D
