Bonuses: 1) There will be a water cooler in the conference room with hot (80-90 degrees) and cold water. 2) A projector screen. 3) A whiteboard with tear-off sheets (but the girl used some complicated word that neither I nor Merlin understood). It's called a flip chart, thanks Captain! 4) The windows will be covered with thick fabric to make it easier to use the projector during the day. Drawbacks: 1) The only unresolved issue is the refrigerator; even a small one would be useful for storing meat and drinks.
