Collector’s Edition bonuses.

I managed to snag the deluxe edition on Steam with a 50% discount. 1. So, I installed it, registered, and have been playing for two days now, and everything is fine. But I'm still wondering about something. When I bought it on Steam, I received two keys. One for the deluxe edition, and the other a regular one. When I first launched the game, I entered the deluxe edition key and received the bonuses. But what is the second, regular key for? It seems like everyone is playing without it, but I haven't entered it anywhere... 2. DELUXE EDITION CONTENT Soundtrack Art book and poster. One month subscription to Heroes Kingdom. 1 bonus map for single-player. 4 dynasty heroes: Egwair, Svetlana, Yuum, and Kraal. 2 dynasty weapons: Staff of Purity and Octuple Staff of Ashi. Content is only available digitally. I received the heroes and weapons, but how do I get the rest? Where can I download it?
