The demon army surged forward against the dwarves from the gates of the Chaos stronghold, like a torrent from Urgash's maw... hellhounds led the charge, inspiring terror, followed by flanking units that bypassed the army, and behind them, the remaining demon warriors marched in neat rows. But the dwarven horde, undaunted, began to retreat slowly but steadily... back towards the forest...
In a nearby grove, a squad of paladins and bear riders waited for their turn to join the battle... Sage, Artes, Joe, Givi, and Magnus each received a bear for their use and now watched intently as the battle unfolded...
