400 grams, slightly less than 400 ml, which is almost the normal amount for blood donation (donors give approximately 400-450 ml), and it is considered normal to donate blood every 60 days.
Can you imagine how many men would now be walking around with anemia and/or dying during sex from blood loss?

I want to draw attention to the phrase: one sexual act for a man is a loss of UP TO 400 grams of blood. This does not mean that EVERY sexual act will result in that much blood loss; it could be 100 grams, 50, 20, etc., depending on the frequency of sexual acts! Blood loss is DIRECTLY related to the amount of semen ejaculated!
