Well, what can you do, that's just how it is.

I don't want to get into an argument, but to understand that Rudy is the villain and Jack is the hero, all you had to do was reread the newspapers and solve two clues, which is what was done. That's it! Nothing more, nothing else was needed. There was nothing more to prove. No analysis was needed. There was only an incredibly small chance that Rudy was killed not by a Cossack, but by a Crusader, and that the clues about Jack and Vistrit were misinterpreted. I put a stop to it and simply ignored the attempts of the werewolf and the angel to somehow justify themselves.
As for Jack, he really was shouting too much; all that needed to be done was to ignore him, after Hermit finally decided not to change his voice.
