Nagas are Indian mythological creatures, Kirins are Chinese dragons, I don't know about the rest.

Actually, the Nagas are designed in a Japanese style; you don't really feel the Indian or Chinese influence. Although, if you look at the Mizugami on the concept art, you can still see some Indian motifs despite the Japanese name.
